好久沒有做蛋糕,這天癮起了,家裡剩餘未過期的材料不多,就做個簡單的咖啡味戚風吧!用的是最便宜那種雀巢咖啡粉,沒有咖啡酒,就用君度橙酒代替吧! 這個戚風形狀焗出來很好看,表面高度平均,氣孔分佈平均細密。不過味道就普普通通,不知道用靚咖啡做會否有幫助呢?有空買支咖啡酒再試吧。 ...

公司搬位,同事把一包冷落多時的耳朵粉Orecchiette轉贈給我,還附上一頁食譜。這夜是一人晚餐的時間,就試著做做看。 看食譜最怕遇上的事,就是材料與做法有出入,材料上有的,做法上並沒有提及,完全不知道哪個時候加進去。好不幸我手上的食譜就出現這個問題,洋蔥、牛油在步驟內...

這次這個Post是反面教材,因為做出來的紅酒燴雞是不大好吃的,但又未至於難以下嚥的程度,真多謝家人最後幫我吃掉一大半的行動支持。 我在網上找來食譜,看圖片挺吸引的就照著做,但出來的雞肉不滑,整碟菜都瓦色的沒有光澤,相信要改善的地方有以下幾點: 1) 改用雞腿肉效果應該更好...
